I was on both sides of the recruiting table throughout my 20-year career in communications: as an applicant for MANY jobs and as a hiring manager, pouring over thousands of resumes and cover letters.
After earning a Doctor of Education from the University of Southern California, I changed careers to became a college professor and course designer, honing my curriculum-building and instruction skills.
